Primo Group ("we", "us", "our") is the UK market partner for international food & snack brands, operating across B2B wholesale (Primo Foods), B2C e-commerce (Primo Direct), and a 900+ retail shop network.
When you submit our Partner Intake form, we collect your name, company, product category, website, email address, and the message you send. We may also collect basic usage data through cookies and standard server logs.
We use your information solely to respond to your partnership enquiry, prepare a tailored UK market proposal, and maintain our internal commercial records. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in evaluating and pursuing commercial partnerships.
Partnership enquiries are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless a commercial relationship has been established.
